Do you have an interest, or experience in

• Intellectual Property (IP), Indigenous Cultural & Intellectual Property (ICIP), commercial matters, AI, Data Sovereignty, Governance, Native Title, Heritage

• Consulting, research and drafting policy and protocols

• Conducting reviews and investigations

• First Nations people and issues

• Working as lawyer (able to hold a Practising Certificate in NSW)

• Working with clients that include; Indigenous Organisations, private business, government agencies and universities.

 

Can you

• Write - draft contracts, protocols, reports, policy

• Consult - listen with purpose, take notes of significance, put it all in a report

• Present – get up in front of a group, communicate a story, talk to mob

• Manage – yourself, a supporting paralegal and projects to conclusion

• Communicate – to engage with clients & liaise with colleagues.
