The following is a selected list of publications and papers

Intellectual property issues and arts festivals: Preparing for the 11th Festival of Pacific Arts, Solomon Islands 2012

In 2009, Terri Janke travelled to the Solomon Islands as part of a WIPO Scoping mission to investigate and report on cultural and intellectual property issues and management options for the Festival. A copy of the report can be downloaded from the WIPO website.

This three part report focuses on Indigenous Ecological Knowledge, ICIP and natural resource management in the Northern Territory. The report was commissioned by the National Resources Management Board (NT) and written by Terri Janke, Sarah Holcombe and Michael Davis under the supervision of the ANU National Centre for Indigenous Studies. The first component is: Guidelines for Indigenous Ecological Knowledge Management (pdf 970KB, including archiving and repatriation) written by Sarah Holcombe. 2009.

The 2nd component, Maintain and Strengthen your Culture, Handbook for Working with Indigenous Ecological Knowledge and Intellectual Property, (pdf 5MB) written by Michael Davis, in a three part report that focuses on Indigenous Ecological Knowledge, ICIP and natural resource management in the Northern Territory.
