Objective: To support Special Counsel Anika Valenti through efficient administration of matters, client engagement, and coordination of key activities.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide executive and legal administrative support – prepare correspondence, reports, and legal documents; proofread and manage confidential information.
-
Manage diaries and emails – schedule meetings, prioritise deadlines, track key tasks, and anticipate solicitor needs.
-
Coordinate client engagement – draft engagement letters and follow-ups, support onboarding, and maintain accurate client files.
-
Liaise with clients and stakeholders – communicate respectfully and clearly with clients, Traditional Owners and partner organisations.
-
Assist with team coordination – organise meetings, take minutes, track actions, and support the smooth running of the Pod.
-
Organise travel and events – manage travel logistics, prepare itineraries, and coordinate workshops, consultations, or conferences.
-
Maintain firm systems and processes – use software tools efficiently and support ISO 9001 Quality Management standards.
-
Contribute to culture and values – uphold the firm’s values, support First Nations empowerment, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Salary Range: $65,000 to $70,000p/a plus super

Objective: To independently manage a small team and deliver legal matters, through efficient administration, client engagement, coordination of key activities and use of systems and software.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead lawyer on (small team) pod legal matters
