Governance
At Terri Janke and Company, we use our Guarding Governance® framework to combine good governance practices with considerations on Indigenous governance practices. We believe Indigenous cultural governance allows cultural considerations to be placed at the centre of an organisation’s governance and structure, weaving into operational processes, work culture, and engagement with stakeholders. Strong Indigenous cultural governance leads to sustainable futures for organisations and businesses, and positive outcomes for First Nations peoples.
We aim to assist our clients where issues may arise in the establishment or operations of their business activities. Dr Terri Janke is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), and has extensive experience in governance through various key board positions.
