Monique serves as Executive Assistant to Dr. Terri Janke and is the primary point of contact at the firm. In this pivotal role, she manages complex scheduling, oversees day-to-day operations, and ensures the seamless functioning of the office. 


Experience

With over seven years of experience in high-level administrative support, Monique brings precision, professionalism, and adaptability to her work. She has a diverse background across sectors including healthcare, beauty therapy, and construction, which has shaped her agile and solutions-driven approach.

Monique is also an active contributor to workplace inclusion, having served on the firm’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Committee, helping to guide initiatives that promote cultural awareness and strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.


Community

A proud Wiradjuri and Kamilaroi woman raised in Sydney, Monique brings cultural insight and a strong sense of community to all aspects of her work. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family, discovering new hiking trails and going diving. Her deep connection to Country and commitment to reconciliation continue to inform both her personal values and professional contributions.
