Expertise

Cassia Glynn Bray is a paralegal at Terri Janke and Company with experience in legal and not-for-profit sectors and a background in fine arts. Her skillset includes academic writing, research, legal administration, and working with diverse and marginalised communities. Cassia has a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honours from the University of New South Wales.


Experience

Cassia has previously worked as a paralegal with the Arts Law Centre of Australia’s Artists in the Black team. She has experience working as a research assistant within the University of Queensland’s Poche Centre for Indigenous Health. She has completed an Aurora internship in Alice Springs with Waltja Tjutangku Palyapayi Aboriginal Corporation. She has also worked within the not-for-profit sector running groups and programs for individuals living with disabilities and mental health conditions.

Community

Cassia is a Kaytetye woman currently living on unceded Dharawal land and working on Bidjigal country. She was born in Cairns, and has lived in Adelaide, Brisbane and Far North Queensland. Outside of work, she loves the gym, spending time out connecting to country, nerding out over her favourite shows, and pursuing her creative practice.
