Chloe is an experienced lawyer who comes to TJC with extensive background in intellectual property, administrative law and litigation. Chloe has advised on a range of legal areas; including intellectual property (copyright, moral rights and trade marks), governance, contracts, confidentiality, consumer, defamation and insurance laws. Chloe has a passion for the arts and First Nations artists and communities.

Experience
Chloe has held senior positions at the Australian Government Solicitor and in private practice, working for a range of Government clients. She was previously a solicitor at the Arts Law Centre of Australia.

Community
Chloe has two small humans and a groodle pup named Russell at home. When she is not wrangling one of them you can find her at the beach, with her nose in a book or trying to write her own. Chloe is Vice-President of literary mag Going Down Swinging and her work in progress was shortlisted for the Richell Prize for emerging writers in 2024.
